Please contact the Church Rectory office if you are interested in lighting the Sanctuary Lamp for a loved one, purchasing the Altar Flowers or having a Mass said for a loved one. These are beautiful ways to remember and celebrate special people in our lives. Please consider honoring your loved ones, both living and deceased.
As Catholics, we believe the Mass is the highest act of worship — the greatest form of prayer. Every Mass is a participation in the one, infinite sacrifice of Jesus Christ to save us from our sins.
Fundamentally, at Mass, we worship God and offer our prayers along with the priest to God the Father, through the saving action of Jesus Christ, in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Having a Mass said for our deceased loved ones, a loved one suffering from illness or possibly battling something in their life is a beautiful gift to give to them; more so, any individual can ask for Mass to be celebrated for special intention.
